FreeBird runs using Microsoft Access software, and we have invested prior to the release of Vista to ensure that we are staying up to date with the latest version of MS Access. Nevertheless the security surrounding Vista has caused problems to some users. These problems are relatively easy to overcome, and there are a number of subscribers on the user group willing to offer advice.
However, we recommend that any prospective users who are not comfortable with administering and changing settings on their computer do not subscribe to FreeBird.
